Wegens aanhoudende drukte, is er een klantenstop. Hierdoor is het niet mogelijk om als nieuwe klant een afspraak te maken. Indien er last-minute plekjes vrijkomen, worden deze gecommuniceerd via de nieuwsbrief. Schrijf je onderaan deze pagina in.

Afspraak vaste klant

De agenda voor vaste klanten komt elke 19e van de maand online voor de maand erop. Je krijgt een link naar de agenda via je mailbox of raadpleeg de link via de 'book online' knop rechts bovenaan de website.

The idea is for me to have a realistic idea of ​​how your hair will fall. Ideally, you come to your appointment with your curls in tact. By this I mean without manipulation of a tail or tail. You may apply your styling products as you normally would.

How long does the result last?

All treatments are based on your natural hair type. Together we will look for the right products and styling routine based on your hair and wishes.

It is not possible to give you 'more' curls permanently. You can experience more curls with the right styling products and techniques. You should reapply this after every wash.

The cut model is of course permanent. Over time the model can grow. I recommend getting your hair trimmed every 3-6 months.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Are you unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances? Please let me know by email at least 48 hours in advance.

There are many people on the waiting list, so I have the opportunity to schedule someone else.

Don't show up without letting us know? Then it is not possible to schedule a new appointment in the future. If I'm not informed, I can't put anyone else in the time slot and my time and a potential spot are wasted.


Help, I'm late?

Do you think you'll be late? Notify me as soon as possible via email or Instagram.

Are you more than 20 minutes late? This may be at the expense of your appointment and we may not be able to fully carry out the treatment.


How do I place an order?

All orders can be placed via the webshop.

What are the shipping options?

Parcels can be sent to your home or you can choose the pick-up option and pick up your order at the salon.

How much are the shipping costs?

All packages are sent via Bpost.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

What is the delivery time?
