Shipping and returns info
Pickup order
Do you live nearby? Then you have the option to choose a pickup order. After payment, your order will be immediately ready for pickup. Please note that opening hours may vary weekly. Check the opening hours to avoid arriving when the store is closed.
Shipping costs
All our packages are shipped via Bpost.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:
- €7.50 standard shipping costs
- Free shipping for orders over €100
Delivery time
Orders are taken to the post office 3 times a week, usually on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Depending on your order date, it will take 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible. In exceptional circumstances, you will receive your order within 14 calendar days of purchase at the latest.
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, something has probably gone wrong. Please contact us at hello@curlstudio.be so we can investigate what went wrong and how we can rectify it.

You can pay for your order in various ways. We offer the following payment methods:

- Maestro
- Mastercard
- Visa
Return Policy
Products you wish to return must meet the following conditions:
- Be in original condition.
- Be unopened.
- Be unused.
You must inform us of your return within 14 days of receipt. This can be done via the model withdrawal form, which can be found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
Return shipments are at your own expense unless it concerns an incorrect or damaged delivery. Take your package to a nearby post office and keep your proof of postage. This way, we can both stay informed about the status of the package and avoid misunderstandings. As soon as we have received your package, the amount will be refunded to the account you used for payment.
